Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming an athlete under my new coaching program!

 I have always been someone who has loved the sport of running. From middle school, all the way up till now. I have done every event you can think of. From the 3k steeplechase, 800m, 5k, marathon, and recently just completed the Disney World Dopey Challenge. 

 From the beginning of my journey in the sport, I was never a gifted runner. I still remember the first time running my first 5k and it taking me roughly 45 minutes to complete. Fast forward to my collegiate racing days of me running consistently under the 16 min mark. For all the success I have had in the sport I did not get any shortcuts. I've had to work extremely hard to get to where I am today. 

 Running for me has always been a part of my life. And now with having a clothing company known as Runners Empire, you can say running is my life. And now I am ready to make that next step in this journey of this beautiful sport. 

 I am excited to announce my 1 on 1 coaching program. Now, you are probably asking yourself, "Well, what qualifies you to be a running coach?" Growing up from the middle school level all the way up to the collegiate level, I have had every type of coach you can imagine. I've had more relaxed coach, high intensity, heavy on strength training, to even my college coach being a former 800m Olympian. I've seen all different types of coaching ways, and I took the best from all of them and incorporated them into mine. 

Also, I have a background as a personal trainer for Leconte Medical Center here in Pigeon Forge, TN. I worked with individuals not only in a running sense but also just getting back in the gym in an effort to live a healthier lifestyle. This has given me a heavy amount of experience as I've worked with a wide variety of individuals of different ages and different goals.

This training program is going to be designed for you and how you want to be trained. If you would like to just be introduced to the sport and learn the fundamentals of running. I am your guy. Or suppose you would like to crush your next PR in a fast 5k or marathon. I am your guy. Or let's say you are looking to train for a challenge as crazy as the Dopey Challenge, I am 100% your guy.
